PAYMENT:
All Course fees are payable, 10 working days IN ADVANCE of the first course date – invoices will be to this effect.

NO CREDIT FACILITIES ARE OFFERED AT ANY TIME UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT IN WRITING FROM WESTCON GROUP EUROPEAN OPERATIONS LTD

Failure to receive payment before the first course date, could result in the candidate being refused entry to the course


Purchase Orders

Official purchases orders must be quoted on all completed booking form and accompany the form to avoid any query regarding the validity of the booking.  Purchased Orders need to be addressed to Westcon Group European Operations Ltd

All courses take places at our Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex unless otherwise stated.


Rescheduling:

Bookings transferred by customers within zero to ten working days of the commencement date of the course will incur a 50% transfer fee. In the event that a customer cancels a course for which a transfer has taken place, this will incur a 100% cancellation fee.


Cancellations:

Cancellations or Transfers by Customers made 10 – 20 working days is 50% of course invoice payable, Cancellations or Transfers by customer within 0 to 10 working days is 100% of course invoice payable.
