Users communicate through a touch-screen by selecting the media icon of their choice to establish a collaboration session based on voice, video, chat or email. Users benefit from a unified view of the history (call logs, emails, voicemail messages as well as visual meeting reminders) presence information of contacts and personal presence status are constantly updated and displayed.
