 Ciena offers a variety of pre-sales training for partners. This training is comprised of web-based courses included as part of the BizConnect Program designed to save time and money for partners while making them more capable of selling Ciena solutions. The pre-sales training certifications allow the partner to get tested and certified on Ciena solutions. The optional sales training provides a range of technical and solution training to help diversify the partner’s knowledge.
