Polycom Maintenance Services

Beginning 1st November 2009, a Polycom or Partner branded support contract will be required with the purchase of every video and infrastructure product in EMEA. Also included in this programme is the Polycom® VVX™ 1500 C business media phone. Early notification is being provided to you so you may begin including support services in all of your quotes and improve your customer’s satisfaction. As of 1st November, a support service contract line item will be required with every Polycom product in this programme.
